Milford police: Drunken driver injured RAGBRAI pedestrians

A central Iowa woman was charged with drunken driving and failure to use headlamps late Sunday after authorities said she ran into two pedestrians who had been riding RAGBRAI, the Dickinson County News reported on its website.
