Boogie and the Yo-Yo’z to Headline the RAGBRAI Route Announcement Party

We heard RAGBRAIers loud and clear that they enjoyed the atmosphere of last year's RAGBRAI Route Announcement Party. And it was just that... A Party! RAGBRAIers came from eight different states to hear what towns where on the route, but they loved the music, dancing and atmosphere of the party. So get ready for a great party band!

Big Changes for 2012 Iowa Bicycle Summit & Expo

If you haven’t attended the Iowa Bicycle Summit & Expo yet, this is the year to circle January 27 & 28 on your calendar now. The 2012 event promises to be better than ever before with more vendor exhibits, free advocacy workshops, and new trail building sessions. The most noticeable change is the venue. The Iowa Bicycle Summit & Expo is moving upstairs at the Iowa Events Center to the newly remodeled Veterans Auditorium.

2011 Rider Cup Award: Team Cuisine

For the past twenty years, the Rider Cup Award has been presented to the club or team that best promotes the RIDE RIGHT philosophy before and during RAGBRAI. The Rider Cup will be presented to Team Cuisine at the RAGBRAI Route Announcement Party on Saturday, January 28, 2012 in Des Moines.

RAGBRAI Route Announcement Party Raises Bunch of Funds for Iowa Bicycle Coalition

Not only was the event fun, but it raised money for the Iowa Bicycle Coalition. The event grossed $23,000 which will help support safe bicycling in Iowa.
