Legendary RAGBRAIer Steve is in Need of Some RAGBRAI Love

Steve Van Deest has been riding his "custom" hand-cycle tandem bike for many years on RAGBRAI with his loving sister Carla pedaling behind him. Occasionally other family members would ride with him as well. Steve hasn't been on RAGBRAI (on his bike at least) for the past few years due to heath issues that have kept him away.
