Uber vehicles will have bike racks in Davenport

Uber plans to test a new food-delivery feature in the Des Moines market Friday. The trial will partner with Thelma’s Treats, delivering ice cream sandwiches to the doorsteps of Uber users. Officials with Uber are calling it a RABGRAI promotion because of a special ice cream sandwich, pie a la mode, made for the occasion.
