Thanks, just what we needed to coordinate with a number of groups to protest Armstrongs presence in our state. But then according to him, you always have been an Armstrong groupie, and an apologist for one of the biggest jokes ever to disgrace the human race.
Keep your stupid protest off the route – you have no place on RAGBRAI.
How about doing something positive with your time and being a positive influence for people?
Lance Armstrong kicks asss!!!!!!! Glad to see him in iowa
Lance will remain one of greats in my eye’s. The GOOD he has done has blessed any errors he has committed.
I hope I get the opportunity to meet Lance Armstrong, it would be such a thrill! I think he’s a good guy. He has made such a positive difference in so many people’s lives:)
I’m ecstatic Lance is going to be riding! I’m also glad to hear it will be for a few days. We never saw him our last ride, 2011. I hope he leaves late, so all of slo-pokes can see him. You Go Lance!
I’m thrilled that Lance Armstrong will spend 4 days riding Ragbrai 2013. Couch potatoes may criticize, but weekend warriors shouldn’t. We know how hard it would be to ride 2,700 miles over 21 days in oxygen debt. Anyone who thinks the Tour can be ridden on a Huffy with a buttered croissant is delusional. The cycling community owes him a debt of gratitude for spiriting the sport and an apology for not acknowledging the problem before the politically correct word police showed up. The Foundation is aces, you rock Lance.
Our first time riding. Have a great support group. Focusing on our trip and the Spifida Association and our grandaughter that we are riding for. If we could meet Lance great , if not our life doesnt change. Our life didnt change when Lance was going though what he went though. Sometjing tells me’s me his is a strong athletic and will continue to be. Go Lance…. Hope you get to meet up with the GLOK team….
