I would like to give a shout out to Jason of the Rowley Volunteer Fire Department for saving us yesterday. He graciously accepted our offer to drive us (7 in total) to Manchester to get us out of the rain. We then pushed our limits and asked him to drive us to Dubuque and call it the end of Ragbrai for us. Jason you’re a life saver and we really appreciated your kindness!

THANKS to the wonderful lady who allowed me to use the restroom in her office in Rowley. I got something in my eye and that was a wonderful kindness. That saved my day and warmed my heart while I had a chance to warm up from the rain. Iowa on RAGBRAI! Can it get any better than this?
