We need your assistance! The following survey is being conducted by the Sustainable Tourism and Environment Program at the University of Northern Iowa as a service to the Iowa Bicycle Coalition. Please take a few minutes to respond to these questions.
The goal of this project is to study the health and economic impacts of bicycling in Iowa. Information collected from this study will be used by the Iowa Bicycle Coalition for advocacy and to enhance bicycle education. Surveys will be disbursed to Iowa riders, bicycle clubs, and bicycle retail establishments as a source of primary data for this project. A final report will detail the results from the survey, as well as secondary data gathered for the study.
Please fill out this 5-10 minute survey by October 14, 2011. If the survey is not completed at this time, please expect a reminder email.
All of your answers and your identity will remain confidential and will be used for statistical purposes only. Information on expenses and body weight are needed in this study to give an accurate view of the demographic information of people who cycle in Iowa. All answers will be treated as confidential, and will not leave possession of the STEP program at the University of Northern Iowa.
If you have any questions please feel free to email kfleming@uni.edu .
