Kathy Murphy

aka - Murph

Kathy Murphy, known to most as Murph, is a seasoned cyclist and host of the Murphology Podcast, and co-host of the Just Go Bike Podcast. Residing in Iowa, she has immersed herself in the vibrant cycling culture of the state, marked notably by the annual bike tour called RAGBRAI, the world's longest and largest bicycle tour. Since 1997, Kathy has embraced the challenge of this 7-day tour.

Andrea Parrott

aka - AP

Andrea Parrott is a lifelong cyclist, riding her first full RAGBRAI at 12. Thirteen years ago she began her career with RAGBRAI, and has worn many hats. She’s now the Marketing Manager. She is also the Co-Host of the JustGoBike Podcast, a podcast about the culture of biking just for the fun of it!

Events & Appearances

Murph and AP kicked off the Great Iowa Fall Ride weekend by hosting a live event at RAGBRAI HQ.

They feature notable speakers who shared a little bit about what they do to make cycling great in Iowa! This was a quick-fire session, so there was never a dull moment.

After the speakers, there was time to mingle, chat with the speakers, and grab a beverage!
